Great, safe, clean and tranquility
The place was perfectly located, and our loft was spacious and well-equipped. The service was excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from the hustle and bustle of Vegas but offers the tranquility of a great resort. We felt very safe there. We would return without hesitation and definitely recommend it.

Was impressed by all aspects of this property. The staff was helpful with all aspects of our stay. They were friendly and attentive to all questions. The property was clean and well kept. The pool was nice and always had a place for us. The room was good size for the two of us and was nicely appointed. We hope that we will be able to stay at this property again in the future.

Excellent location for Sphere and Strip, free parking
Property team did a fantastic job on keeping in touch and checking in to see all okay throughout our stay. Walking distance to Sphere for a show and not that far off of mid-Strip. Front desk and housekeeping staff friendly and helpful, room clean and kitchenette great for quick breakfast, etc.

The perfect place right behind the flamingo
This place is perfect for a Vegas stay. For the money could not do better. Two things I think are important to mention. The view of the sphere is amazing however all the rooms are on one side of the building so that view is only from the hallway. Secondly, it is right next to the flamingo pool so in the summer/warmer month might be a bit noisy but the pool was closed when I was there so not sure on this. Great place to stay tho.

Super Convenient
Nice condo. Was clean and comfortable. It is next door to the Flamingo Casino and in a very walkable location. There is a shopping and eating area right behind the property so it is quick and easy

The location made access to the strip very easy. We could walk to the tram, down to the street or through the Flamingo shopping strip, all with ease. My only complaint was that the pool was under construction and there was no mention of that previously (not even on Flamingos site since it is a shared pool). The room was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We really enjoyed this property! Loved the location and the amenities it provided to us. We were close to everything we wanted to be and yet away from the hustle and bustle. Had a peaceful and relaxing stay. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

Decent Room. Good location.
Nice room. Owner's manager was easy to work with. Has good systems. Good communication. Check in was easy. It has that crazy room design with a spa/tub in the bed room which makes no sense, but so many resorts do that. smh. Would be much better with 2 toilets, or at least put toilet and shower in separate rooms. Again, common problem in Vegas timeshares. Biggest issue is the management of the small store in the facility. They post hours, which are limited, and then they mean nothing. It is open less than is posted but sometimes when the posted hours say it will be closed. Despite that, I would stay there again. Good convenient location.
