Welcome to Sundee Vacations and Luna di Lusso 308. If you are looking for a super clean, newly re-modeled and luxurious 1 Bedroom 1 bath apartments, look no further. You may notice that our price may be a few dollars more than other apartments in the building, but it'll be worth it. Just compare the pictures you will see the difference. We have installed gorgeous wood floors throughout the kitchen, living and bedroom areas for that extra warm feeling. We have the best quality bed linens, towels, paper products to make you feel at home. For those staying longer, we have a larger refrigerator/freezer and safe for your valuables available for use.
The service you will receive from check in to check out will be unparalleled. This unit is meticulously cleaned after every guest and our cleaning staff is paid a higher wage to assure that they will take the time to check every minor detail before leaving. Our bed are new top of the line, "Heavenly Bed" Mattresses you will experience that clean crisp feeling when you are ready to turn in for the night. Lake Las Vegas Paradise!
Beautiful, peaceful setting away from the chaos of Vegas but close enough for dinner, shows, etc. Wondetful pool and large hot tub. Fabulous bed and linens all the way around. Owner left a few snacks and waters that were much appreciated upon arrival. Private, se ire parking a plus! You won’t be disappointed!

Perfection!
This condo was perfect! Beautiful view of pool and lake. Everything you would need is supplied. Easy walk to the village for groceries, restaurants and shopping! Great to be away from the craziness of the strip but close enough to drive in. The pool had plenty of chairs and easy to access. Will be back!

Clean and quiet with great location!
Had a quick business trip and needed a quiet location that was close and convenient to the Vegas convention center. This spot was perfect! Very clean and can easily get to the convention center or the strip with a short drive. Very quiet which I wanted for a little remote work while traveling. Had everything I needed with extras, close to shopping and food stops as well. Easy drive from and to the airport or car rental location and local attractions. Definitely highly recommend and I will use again when my need arises.

, Nice little place, comfortable, just right for not being there much! Too hot to really enjoy the pool during the day, but we stayed cool in the apartment. Didn’t know there was an icemaker in the small fridge as we only used the big one so we bought ice! TV directions are not accurate with the Roku. Love that there was a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, but I had to put it on the shelf above the toilet to see myself in it because I’m a tall girl! It was great having a bathtub and a shower. The deck was nice especially at night or in the late afternoon when the sun was not on it. Perfect to enjoy a good book, a drink and the view!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The grounds were well kept, and security was excellent. The condo buildings and the area around it are very upscale. The garage parking was a nice extra, since our visit was in the summer months. Overall, we were very pleased with the whole experience.

Beautiful Location Away from the Strip
My husband and I spent our vacation in Nevada and we loved this location. It was away from the strip and was quiet and beautiful. The property was very clean and the directions were specific. They even had a little welcoming sign when we arrived which was an unexpected personal touch! The lake was beautiful and there were hiking trails nearby. We enjoyed Boulder City, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead & Valley of Fire State Park. This is a great option for Las Vegas & southern Nevada if you don’t want to be on the strip.

A 5 Star Oasis Away from the Bustle of Vegas
This beautiful one bdrm rental property was all it was advertised to be. Spotless and beautiful inside with all the amenities needed. Very smartly decorated and an amazing view from the balcony and inside (big patio windows). The view alone was so calming and relaxing. We flew into Las Vegas but immediately drove to this lovely place for 2 nights at the start of a longer road trip. My husband happily played golf on the Reflections golf course attached to this condo resort. The owners were nothing short of being constantly attentive to any questions I had and they left wonderfully detailed instructions for everything. This condo and the property it belonged to, were all in immaculate condition and just a special place, not far from Las Vegas amenities like restaurants or grocery stores etc but far enough that you felt totally removed from the Las Vegas busyness. All the furniture very comfortable and I loved the big soaker tub!! I would highly recommend this lovely place without any hesitation!

The condo was simply wonderful. It is exactly as described. The bed was comfy, and I enjoyed sitting on the patio relaxing. There were nice touches provided by the host that were greatly appreciated. Check-in/out instructions were clear. It was nice to walk across the bridge and visit the resort village.
