The community is centrally located, conveniently close to the Las Vegas Strip and is 24 hour guard gated, including 24 hour roving security. 50 years of history here in the popular and exclusive Las Vegas Country Club. 1/2 mile to the Las Vegas Convention Center and 1-2 miles to Fountainebleau, Resorts World, Wynn, Encore, Fashion Show Mall, and close to it everything. Quiet setting, great to relax, away from it all, but yet so conveniently close to the action of the Las Vegas Strip. 30 night minimum, signing of applicable paperwork, including rental agreement, is required by the Home Owners Association. Outdoor surveillance and speed cameras on located within the community. No parties, No smoking or vaping. This unit has its own private entrance and separated with locked off doors from owners unit.
