Great location for Cowboy Christmas and NFR
Pros: Easy location to our events, close to stores, large driveway/parking. Spacious interior, would make an awesone summer time rental with the back yard. The entry instruction were very confusing! Thankfully, it was a security door and front door. It wasnt at all like it was explained and turned out to be very simple. The kitchen was as advertised and nicely stocked for our large group of 16. Cons: Dispite trying to make contact with managment 14 days in adavance, as we had a large group and wanted to make sure we were set, they finally responded the day before our arrival, stating their system had a glitch.All information for check in provided through VBRO was wrong including address.Door entry codes provided were wrong, causing us to be locked out for 20 minutes upon our after midnight arrival.Listed to sleep 16. However there are only 5 actual beds. The rest are cots or air mattresses. Additional bedding/pillows were not provided.Pool is not heated. There is not a game room/pool table as it appears so in the pictures. The kitchen table turns into a pool table. Most the house decor is not what is pictured, not that it mattered, but the 70s leather couch was not a comfortable sleeping arrangement. The hottub was not cleanered or preped for our wednesday arrival, leaving us to clean and fill for use. The pool men showed up unannounced Friday and Saturday. Entering into the backyard without notice. We did have a good time and we made the house work.

Bachelorette Party Weekend
Communication with Host Linda was great! She always responded quickly and always had the answers to my questions right away. The Check-in process has changed since the prior reviews, because our experience was very smooth and Linda kept in touch with me and even met us there to show us around. The property itself was very nice and just as pictured. The backyard was the star of the show and perfect for our girls weekend. We hung out at the pool, plenty of space and chairs for all of us. We had 13 girls and the beds/baths in the house were perfect. There are lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance. About a 15 minute drive to the strip. It is located on a main street, but we thought it was fairly quiet in the house. We would stay here again with a big group in the future!

Not good for families with kids...
We saw this listing and immediately thought what a beautiful spacious modern home with a wonderful backyard. We booked it for our annual Christmas vacation with our close friends. We had 3 families each with 2 kids. With that said, on our way to the house, we got in contact with the property manager as we never received the house address and lockbox code. We were informed that she would have to meet us there as there were some weird different things with getting in and out of the home. Thought okay this is a little strange but didn't think too much of it. Well, we were very wrong, it was more than a little strange. There's no easy way of getting in and out of the house. You have to unlock a lock pad on one side of the house to walk through the back yard and then go to the other side to unlock another lock pad and open a gate to park your car. Then you have to use a key to a sliding glass door to get in the house. It was very complicated to go in and out of the house. Imagine going anywhere, you had to unlock the lock pad, drive the car out, lock the lock pad, walk to the other side of the house to come out and lock another lock pad. It was just all really time consuming and didn't make any sense. Our other complaint is there was no warning that this house was on a busy main street corner. It was really loud, bright lights flashing 24-7 and lots of sirens all throughout the day and night. Nobody was able to get a good nights rest. Definitely not a kid friendly situation.

Great weekend
We stayed for a long weekend with family and friends. Linda was amazing and took care of everything for us. The property is beautiful, well maintained and spacious. The area has everything you need including great restaurants, and stores. We had a great time.
