WE DO NOT HAVE CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS. We will take care of everything.

Your private sanctuary has 2 bedrooms with King beds, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, and a secret room with a Full sized bed. 3 bathrooms, a loft, a well equipped kitchen, and 3 smart TV's with Cox cable, and 2 smart TV's with the option to log into your Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Disney account. Enjoy the blissful backyard, mature landscaping, pool/spa, covered patio with table and chairs, the Weber barbecue grill is hooked up to natural gas so you will never run out. The property is in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The Las Vegas strip is only a $20 ride share away.

The property comes well equipped with all the comforts of home. If by some chance you need something that is not there, don't hesitate to ask for it.

The property, as required by the city of Henderson, has a noise monitor inside and outside the home. This device does not record. It only measures noise in decibels. There are security cameras on the outside of the home. There is 1 camera in the front of the home, there is 1 camera at the backdoor that partially views the pool. It does not view the spa at all. And there is 1 camera on the pool equipment. There are NO cameras inside the home.

Lovely House in a Great Location
Everything was wonderful!: The house has a great layout, comfortable beds and furniture, and updated bathrooms and kitchen. The location is fabulous as the house is in a very nice neighborhood, is at the end of a quiet, cul de sac, is VERY close to lots of restaurants, stores, etc., and is only 15-20 minutes to The Strip. The owners are very friendly, helpful, and responsive.

Wonderful stay
I surprised my husband for his 60th bday. All of our kids came and this house was absolutely perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was super great as well. Lucas was incredibly responsive to any questions or whatever we needed. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a group. We will be back.

Amazing stay. Luke and Karen are so kind and attentive, if we needed anything they were on it. The pool was so nice for the Vegas heat, and the house is located near so much we loved the location. It’s a 20 min drive to the strip so it was nice to party and then go home to hang out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are so nice and everyone enjoyed their stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice stay in a quiet but really awesome neighborhood!

This home is wonderful. It was perfect for our family of 5 and visitors. It is fully stocked and has plenty of room. The house was clean and just as depicted online. The owners were very kind and responded quickly to any questions. The location was perfect. Close to many places to eat and shop and a short drive to either the strip or Hoover Dam. We would definitely stay again when we return.

Ultimate gem in Las Vegas area!
I wished I could give more than 5 stars for this property! Our group has stayed in the Las Vegas area many times over the years and this property is by far the best we have stayed at. Communication with owner was amazing and was always available for any questions we had. If you want to stay in a beautiful, quiet and safe property away (but very quick Uber ride) from the strip, this is the place! Highly recommended!
