Don’t be fooled by pictures
Neighborhood - Quiet however neighborhood older I would have never stayed here had I known prior to 3pm checkin. Pool- which is why I booked this VRBO - Dirty and not maintained at all. The jacuzzi definitely is broke and stained and dirty. Water runs right into the pool. The main upstairs bedroom with bathroom in it hot water does not work. Home is older and the Host claimed the home was cleaned but I slept in a bed that had DNA on the bedding that was not mines…there was a door that was not working correctly but not an issue for us. The host sent someone to the home to fix when I asked him to fix once we checked out. I was very much bothered by this. Host held us hostage at this home when we wanted to leave but wouldn’t refund our money so we made the best of it …which was very hard to do. Furniture is stained and sectional in living room is bumpy and unstable. The towels they have for guests to use look like car wash towels and nothing matches. One pool stick to use for pool table that is old. I had to purchase towels and wash cloths for my family and a pan to cook food in as what is provided definitely needs to be replaced. Dive Pad not Family Friendly!

Ok but not as expected
We booked this spot for 7 adults and the description/pictures were great. Once we arrived we realized it wasn’t exactly as advertised. Host is responsive and addressed a leaking sink immediately. But here are some things to be aware of before you book: 1. Hot tub is not included, there is a $150/day rate for the hot tub use. 2. Pool sticks are broken, no tips 3. No Dryer, it is broken 4. Outdoor furniture is falling apart and wooden chairs are rotting 5. Things are randomly broken (I.e. lots of drawers in kitchen were nailed shut) 6. Not enough towels, paper towels or trash bags 7. No Keurig (not a huge issue)
