Nice quiet spot for a bigger group to stay close to the strip
Our group of friends doing a few nights in Vegas really enjoyed out stay here. The place was clean and spacious and well stocked, and use of the heated pool was a bonus. 20 mins cab to the airport and 10 to the Strip. Could also just walk across the road to the Rio and Golden Nugget. Lots of food and basic grocery options nearby. Nicholas was quick to answer any questions we had. Would happily come back.

Everything was wonderful except for the confusion at check in. We were given the wrong suite and almost ended up checking into a hotel. After reaching the host in the middle of the night everything was resolved and the rest of our stay was great.

As advertised, excellent spot.
The spot was perfect for what we were looking for. We had a group of five adults, two couples and one solo individual so 3 rooms were perfect. There are a few walkable spots close by including the Rio and the Palms, a cool little 24 hour Bar (Wahoo), Dennys and a 24 hour Walgreens. The condo was clean and Nicholas was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. Because they were five of us we had to use an UberXL for everywhere we went. To and from the airport was just under $50 and most locations to the middle of the strip were about $20 to $25. We would definitely consider staying here in the future with no hesitation.

Great location beautiful condo
The condo was amazing for our family of six. It had everything even a stocked kitchen cabinet. Host Nicholas was very accommodating with all of my questions. The location was wonderful. Close to the airport, strip and within walking distance to Gold Coast, Rio and a Walgreens. The complex had two pools to choose from. I highly recommend this location.

The property was the perfect set up for our family time. We booked it expecting to have a great time with our Dad In celebration of completed chemo treatments but instead found ourselves spending family time remembering how much fun our dad was! He unexpectedly passed away 3 weeks prior to the trip. This property gave us the luxury and comfort of spending time together during a difficult time. The owner went out of his way to accommodate a special request for us as well.

Great condo, right off the strip
Property was nice and as advertised. Location was fantastic; located 5 minute drive from the Bellagio. Comfortable rooms, safe (gated community with security guard), and a nice little pool/hot tub on site. Only complaint was that we ran out of hot water every night cycling 5 of us through the shower. There’s probably enough hot water for 3 showers…then it needs time to reheat. You’ve been warned!!!! :-)

Great, clean condo
We had 4 adults and needed a place to stay during a trade show. It was really clean and quiet which was great after long days. We had some unusual circumstances which we reached out to the owner for. He was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us though he did not need to. We will definitely be looking this up again for future trade show weeks.

Nice Condo Close to strip (but not too close)
It worked out nice for us since it was ground level. We had to rent an electric scooter which would not have worked on an upper level. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Owner was very responsive for questions and a few minor glitches. Location was great - close to strip, but not too close. It is located in a quiet complex. Worked out great for a small family reunion.

Great condo close to the strip
This condo has alot more the advertised. Nicholas is a great host. He responded quickly to every email or text I sent. This condo has very comfortable beds, enough supplies and towels for everyone. The coffee pot is awesome. It takes pods and is a regular coffee maker. I will definitely stay here again.

The property was located in a gated community, and exactly as described. We needed assistance from the owner to access the main TV, and he came over promptly to get it sorted. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This place in Las Vegas exceeded all expectations. The space was impeccably clean and the beds were super comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day out. This is a great apartment. It has absolutely everything you need for your stay. One of the best equipped VRBOs we have ever rented. It’s walkable to the Strip and just a short drive to most casinos. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We were in Vegas for our marriage retreat. We were originally in a unit that was a entire lie from advertisement. Nicholas saved our vacation. With this wonderful condo. Nicholas was the best host ever. Everything was perfect. Close to strip and if you need a uber it's cheap. The condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time away from home but the amenities of being home. The pool and jacuzzi was everything. Thanks Nicholas!!!! Until next time.

Nice place however could not get 2 of 3 tvs to work and no instructions on how to leave place when leaving. No pans for oven use. We drove so close to strip as we needed. Had to contact owner 2 times and he got back with me both times.
