"The initial receptionist was ‘cool’ towards us on arrival. Other staff members were great, and on leaving the female receptionist was so helpful and friendly. It’s a great place to stay. Our bathroom still had previous occupants hairs in the shower, and there were clearly sewerage issues. The room itself was light, airy, and simple, buy comfortable. A supermarket is located next door, but has only small selection, and the same applies to the two other local supermarkets. "Please bring back the original all Cuban entertainment team. The current team did not hit the mark compared. The weekly towel change is very poor as towels get wet and dirty every day. The move from daily to weekly is not helpful. Love the gym and SPA. As an owner we are always treated very well and have our requests met. "Room had basic utensil for a kitchen. One pan and that was it! Food was excellent at Zachary's and staff very friendly. Stayed in block G which got a fair bit of sun, but the other blocks are facing more northerly so limited sun through the day, hence a towel onslaught early morning for the sun beds! All units will get more sun later in the year but G block is the best (secrets out!)."
