She said she had not dealt with Hotels.com since Covid, I booked another place not through hotels.com You refused to publish my review… and that is wrong wrong wrong. Hotels.com should fix the problem!"

This is important because during the booking process I received a WhatsApp notification from Acomodo that payment must be made directly to them via a link.
