A charming, clean, and well-equipped house offering a fully air-conditioned interior for those seeking refuge from the heat, and a cozy outdoor living area with a dining and lounge area, ideal for enjoying the tropical warmth. Additionally, there is no shortage of opportunities to host a barbecue with friends and indulge in a variety of grilled dishes.

Both bedrooms have access to a terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The proximity to Las Ballenas beach, the picturesque fishing village, and the town center are undeniable assets that make this charming villa even more attractive.

The villa features a well-equipped kitchen, including an oven, microwave, blender, among others, all open to the living room.

A sofa bed is available to accommodate two additional people, with a bathroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor, each bedroom has its own bathroom and private terrace. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (200 x 200 cm), while the secondary bedroom has two twin-size beds (100 x 190 cm). Tenants have access to storage closets and a safe for added security.

Included in the rental price (for stays of 8 nights or more):

Additional conditions,

Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked upon arrival and departure. Only the consumption in kilowatt-hours will be charged at the current rate in the village (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kWh), with payment collected in cash upon check-out.
Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the upkeep of the villa, a team of 2 to 3 people will perform a quick inspection of the property’s condition, including bedding, utensils, and appliances. Any missing or damaged items will be charged in cash at check-out.
Our goal is to keep the villa in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests.

It is prohibited to bring speakers and play loud music. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.
