Completely renovated by us, everything is new, dishes, bedding and linens. On the ground floor, a kitchen open to the living room and the terrace, a real closed room equipped with a King Size bed of 200 * 200, large cupboards and wardrobe, an adjoining bathroom. Upstairs, the second bedroom, open because mezzanine, equipped with a Queen Size bed 155 * 190 and a Twin 100 * 190, with its bathroom. Maximum capacity of the villa 5 people.

The residence puts at your disposal a BBQ area with water point, each clean once the finished meal. All in a beautiful tropical garden very well maintained.

For your information:

Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wifi Internet, household entrance, exit and once a week during your stay. Gardener and maintenance of the pool.

Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your expense during your stay. We take the meter on your arrival and departure. Only your consumption in kilowatt is billed rate in force in the village.

This amount is paid in cash on the day of your departure, plan ahead.

The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.

A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or losing the key, we will ask you to pay for the change of the latter – 150 USD.

We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone.
