Beautiful new villa located in a small secure and quiet condo near the beach Playa Ballenas(3 minutes by feet) and the city. The fishermen's village where you can find restaurants and bars is located nearby.
Next to each other but designed to offer individual privacy and peace.

The villa is built over 2 levels. it is planned for an occupation by 10 persons (8 adults and 2 children)
A ground floor with a covered terrace, pool and gaden with a lounge and dinning aera. Inside, you find an open kitcheen on a spacious living room, WC, 1 suites (air conditioning, bathroom-dressing-WC), 1 beedrom with bathroom and wc (2 bed).
A first floor with 1 suite (bathroom-dressing-WC) withe terrasse and solarium.

Services include : household (3d/7), gardener, pool maintenance, internet, cable TV, dual voltage 110/220
