Welcome to your perfect getaway in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria! Our beautifully renovated building features three charming independent holiday homes, each with a unique design combining modern elegance and cosy comfort.

Our accommodation, "La Vigía", is a spacious refuge on the first floor (no lift) offering 103 m² of elegant living space for up to 5 people. Step out onto your private balcony, equipped with table and chairs, and enjoy a refreshing drink while taking in the fresh air.

Inside, you'll find everything needed for a relaxing stay. The house includes three carefully furnished bedrooms: a generous master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a versatile third bedroom with a trundle bed that converts to two single beds or one single bed. The living room features an open-plan kitchen with modern appliances, including a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, and all the necessary kitchenware to prepare your favourite meals.

For your convenience, we offer unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, two Smart TVs, iron, and hairdryer. Whether you're here for a short holiday or a longer stay, you'll have all the comforts of home at your fingertips.

Located just 550 metres from the stunning Las Canteras beach and behind the picturesque La Luz park, our property is perfectly situated to explore the vibrant city life. Tolle Wohnung und super Service
Die Wohnung war super. Zentral gelegen und sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Der Service und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur (als es ein kleines Problem gab)war vorbildlich und das Problem wurde umgehend behoben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder eine Wohnung mieten.

We had a really good 4-week stay here, we loved the close proximity to the beach and the fast wifi allowed us to work remotely. There aren’t many reviews so we would like to lay out honest feedback for future stays. Pros: location is great, wifi, size of the flat, amenities, reasonable cost Cons: noisy master bedroom as close to the road, single bedroom has no outside window, hot water tank is small so hot water runs out quickly, living room window is tinted and very few utensils. Overall, we had a great stay here and would recommend it given the price. :)

The flat was nice and what we expected and location is ideal in Las Palmas.
We decided on this listing because they said no pets allowed. The people renting the flat above us had a dog that barked incesevily at all hours of day and night. I let Getaway know and they did nothing. We are from th US and Getaway could not make the payment on our Credit Card so we had to wire the payment.

Look no further. You found what you are looking for!
We are frequent visitors of LPA and we do stay between 15 and 30 days usually. We´ve changed many apartments so far and this is the first time we used Canarias Gateway apartments as a proxy. Honestly, this is by far the best place we´ve stayed. The place is a rather big one and has every single thing you might need. Including plastic vacuum bowls for food storage, for instance. Believe me that there is nothing you can complain about. Every single appliance you might need is already there. The service was excellent. I&#39ve never met any of the employees, but they were there on WhatsApp all the time. Iván was there to answer every question we had in a matter of minutes. Any time of the day. In case you are contemplating renting a car, you have two very good parking solutions. One garage is very close, a 2-minute walk, and another big parking is across the highway (use the overpass) 6-7 minutes walk. It might be a longer walk, but the parking is much cheaper for longer stays. And most importantly you don&#39t need to circle around. There is always a lot of free space (Pro tip in regards to the parking: Port gate is closed. Do not follow the navigation. Follow the street signs (Google maps are not yet updated). To sum up, I´m definitely coming back. My wife´s endless days of browsing for an apartment on Booking are over. From now on, I´m only calling Iván. Thank you Canarias Gateway ! There was a construction site across the street. The workers are awfully slow. I have no idea why they even pay them. But they have good taste in music, I can give them that. Good music to wake up with (along with the drilling machine noise). But anyway, soundproofing is excellent so you should just close the window.

Excellent stay at El Vigia
My family and I had a wonderful stay at El Vigia. The apartment was immaculate. It's spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. The balcony was an added bonus to sit out and catch the evening sun. The roof top terrace was also excellent - well equipped and a perfect little sun trap. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again our check out Getaway's other properties. Nothing - communication was excellent and we were so grateful you let us stay longer after check out so we didn't have to carry our luggage around all day due to our late flight!
