Las Canteras beach is the main urban beach in the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Frequented throughout the year, it is the beach preferred by most of the city's inhabitants and foreigners who visit it, who can enjoy it at any time of the year thanks to the mild climate. Las Canteras beach has just raised the flag of the Tourism Quality Q and adds to this award, the Blue Flag of the European Union, the ISO Certificate of Environmental Management and the Certificate of Universal Accessibility, which makes it one of the best rated beaches in Spain. Las Canteras, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, is the only beach in the Canary Islands that has the recognition of the Q Flag for Tourism Quality granted by the Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality, granted to another 235 throughout the country.

3.- Bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, mirror and bench.
4.- Corridor with shoe rack, mirror, shopping cart and bookshelf.
5.- Living room with sofa bed, two closets, TV, DVD player and mini music chain, ironing board and iron.
6.- Terrace with table and two chairs, clothesline, beach umbrellas and furniture with clothespins

Simple clean flat near the seaside
The owner is a wonderful lady , who looks after her flat so we'll . Very clean place , near seaside and supermarkets Got everything you need. Nice balcony to sit and enjoy your lunch . Good to bring earplugs.

The location was ideal - just a couple of blocks from the beach, plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. If you want beds and parasols, a pleasant 20-minute walk along the paseo. Not far from City centre. Flat small but had everything necessary for two people. The television/DVD setup could do with upgrading as it didn't work very well but everything else fine for a relaxing holiday

Very practically equipped apartment
The landlady is a very nice woman, always ready to help. Loved all the shelves and cupboards to keep stuff. Everything was nice and clean but there was a musky smell in the bedroom, which I mentioned to the landlady. All in all, I can recommend this place and it is good value for the money.

Not far from the Beach but far enough to not get the night life noise
It was like home from home .Everything needed to prepare my own Meals. I go for the fresh air and exersize not a lazy Holiday. I am almost 80 and use a walking frame so it was great that it was close to the Beach.Just one problem . I told her I was arriving at 10 PM so expected her to be there with the key. we finally checked into a hotel round the corner at 12PM .I dont have a Itek phone ,I have an Ipad so was able to get Internet at the Hotel and found 3 Emails from her and one with her phone no,so got the Hotel man to phone her and she came straight away and took us to the apartment.

Vacanza perfetta
Gran Canaria non è solo mare: offre molti siti da visitare e i suoi abitanti ti fanno sempre sentire il benvenuto. La signora Immaculada è stata un host perfetta, dal'accoglienza alla partenza è stata sempre presente e disponibile con molta discrezione. L'appartamento offre tutto quello che serve per una vacanza spensierata, la sua posizione è magnifica, a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia di Las Canteras in 2 minuti e vicino ci sono tutti i negozi e ristoranti che possono servire mentre in macchina puoi raggiungere facilmente il raccordo autostradale. Se riusciremo ad organizzarci, il prossimo anno ricontattereno sicuramente la signora Immaculada.

Petit appartement très propre et très bien situé à 50 m de la plage de las Canteras. Si comme nous vous cherchez un pied à terre à moindre frais, l' appartement d' immaculada est ce qui vous faut. La chambre est au calme la nuit en fermant toute les fenêtres. Il ne fait jamais chaud à Las palmas même en été. Il y a un traiteur juste en bas de l' immeuble " Pollo Perez" qui cuisine merveilleusement bien pour vraiment pas cher du tout. Je recommande .

Relacion calidad precio muy bien, és un apartamento pequeño y humilde, pero muy limpio y genial para dos, sobretodo si los planes són disfrutar de la isla y usar el apartamento para dormir. La ubicación és perfecta. Solo mejoraría el tamaño del calentador, ya que solo hay 5 minutos de aigua calente. La propietària es majísima, gracias Imma!

Estancia perfecta
El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia perfecta, no le falta detalle. La zona es ideal (la playa está a 2 calles) y contar con parking es un plus para elegir este alojamiento ya que es díficil de aparcar en la zona. Sin duda, no se arrepentirán. Por destacar algo, en esta ola de calor tan fuerte me faltó un ventilador para poder dormir mejor. Creo que sería algo a tener en cuenta en verano. De resto, todo perfecto. Gracias por su amabilidad y el trato recibido. Volveremos! Un saludo.

Sehr gute Lage und Ausstattung
Wohnung war super gelegen, ein paar Meter zum Strand, ein paar Meter zum Supermarkt. Die Wohnung hatte schnelles Internet, Waschmaschine, Bad mit Shampoos und Küche mit Salz. Hatten vier schöne Tage und würden wieder buchen.

Wir fühlten uns willkommen.
Die Wohnung ist klein und die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, doch wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin hat sich gekümmert und regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob wir Unterstützung brauchen. Kochgelegenheit, Schlafzimmer, Balkon zum Sitzen und Wäsche trocknen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Strandnähe, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Busstationen. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub mit allem, was man dazu braucht.

Die Wohnung ist simple und nett eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin war optimal. Das Bett war allerdings sehr unbequem und ich habe letsendlich die restliche nächte auf der Schlafsofa geschlafen. Es ist sehr hell in der Wohnung, also ohne Augenklappe zum Schlafen auf der Sofa ging es nicht. Die Lage ist super zum Las Canteras Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke.
