This beautiful apartment with communal pool is located in the city of Las Palmas and is ideal if you want to have all kinds of stores and services nearby. With capacity for 4 people, designed for couples, families and business trips, with 3 spacious bedrooms. A few minutes drive from the beaches of Las Canteras and Alcaravaneras, with El Corte Ingles, the CC 7 Palmas, the Gran Canaria Stadium and the Gran Canaria Arena within walking distance of the house and with all amenities.

It has internet access and an office space with a desk, where you can concentrate and telework. The apartment is tastefully decorated. With a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and a spacious living room with dining table and Smart TV. It has three nice bedrooms with lots of light from the outside and two bathrooms, one en suite with whirlpool tub and one with shower. It has fan, elevator and private parking space and communal pool in the residential complex in which it is located. It is perfect to spend a few days of unique vacations in Gran Canaria.

Buena ubicación, mejor imposible
El parking, el piso en sí, la localización, todo muy nuevo. Bajar el precio del alojamiento y cambiar las llaves (hay llaves que no funcionan o estaban rotas, luego otras llaves no encajaban bien en las cerraduras,...)

Apartamento con diseño moderno muy cerca del CC 7 Palmas
Es perfecto, con buena distribución y muy cómodo para pasar unos días en familia en la isla de Gran Canaria, ya que además está estratégicamente situado, tiene todos los servicios cerca como el Corte Inglés de 7 Palmas, el transporte público y las carreteras que llevan a otras zonas de la isla que merece mucho la pena visitar. El complejo además tiene piscina!!! Para repetir sin dudarlo.
