Fully equipped independent kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also has a lift, iron and Smart Tv.

With capacity for 2 people, it is ideal for a few days of disconnection.

Less than 5 minutes walking we will find the beach of Las Canteras and in the other direction also just 5 minutes away we find the commercial area of Mesa Y Lopez.
The building was renovated in 2019 and offers bright and soundproofed flats.
Great to enjoy walks along the avenue or along the beach and watch spectacular sunsets.

Great location
This apartment is right near amazing restaurants, cafe and bars. There is bars below and in the evening, especially weekends, can get very noisy but just locals having fun. The beautiful beach is a short stroll away. We had a great holiday and would return

Beautiful modern studio apartment in a vibrant lively neighbourhood
Really enjoyed our 2 weeks in this modern, well equipped studio flat. Check in and out was easy and the property manager was helpful and attentive. Although the neighbourhood was busy and vibrant, with lots of bars , it felt safe. Would not hesitate to recommend.
