Las Alcaravaneras beach is one of the urban beaches of the city of Las Palmas, it is the second most frequented by the inhabitants of the city, it can be enjoyed at any time of the year. Ideal for outdoor activities and water sports.

Playa de las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the world, with a natural rock barrier, which allows you to enjoy the sea like a swimming pool.
The entire Canteras area is a very lively area, with a 3km promenade along the beach, with a wide range of dining and cultural options along the entire promenade. It is an ideal place to enjoy the sea, walks and sports.

Along the promenade you can enjoy different options, the Playa Chica area and surroundings is ideal for snorkelling, but about 500m away are the beaches for surfing, with a great atmosphere, you will also find many surf and paddle schools.

Gastronomy is a strong point in this area where restaurants of various cultures abound, you can find everything from Latin to Lebanese cuisine, as well as Oriental, the ever-present Italian, Galician and of course the best Canarian cuisine.

To get around this area, you don\'t need a car, everything is close by and you can walk to the different beaches along Las Canteras, as well as to the leisure areas and supermarkets. To get to other parts of the island, you can use public transport, which is very accessible near the apartment.
