"The location of the hotel was hands down the most notable characteristic of the hotel, and is located very close to the Santa Cruz area, Alcazar, the cathedral and even Plaza de España. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options available from the buffet. The staff members were friendly and one of them (I unfortunately cannot remember her name) took the time to basically explain the whole city map to us! The check-in and check-out process were smooth and quick and the room was comfortable and the balcony was very cute. The only thing that we wished was better was the safe box. It did not seem to work no matter how many times we tried. We mentioned it to a staff member but it was not much help, which was unfortunate and we had to store our valuables in our luggage. But overall, it was a great hotel. "

"Big, clean, modern hotel perfectly placed for exploring Seville. Room was a good size, 5th floor so nice panoramic view of the city (no balcony). Reception staff helped with taxi to malaga when flight cancelled, which was appreciated. "

"The rooms, the common areas, and the breakfast area in the restaurant are well maintained and comfortable. The rooftop terrace has amazing views over the whole city. The most important thing is the easy access from the highway (no need to navigate the old town traffic) and very easy to get into parking right in the basement. Parking spaces are wide (unlike everything I have seen so far in other cities in Spain). "
