"In short, we had a pleasant stay. However, there were certain problems. Apparently, they were short of staff, so in order to enter the urbanization where the hotel is located, because there’s a gate, we had to wait for someone of the area who wanted to enter the urbanization to be able to enter with them. The room was large because it was a suite with a rustic touch and we had a balcony with a jetted tub which it was very nice but the shower near the tub didn’t work. At dinner, since there...

Some guest thought they were mosquito bites - look at the pattern of the bites - in the row, look closely at the mattresses - we found a few bugs after we suspected we were bitten by bed bugs.
