However, the restaurants could improve attentiveness to lunch and dining options when serving. The food was okay, but I hope to see some flavor enhancements. "The view of the Bay/water front was beautiful. But if you were looking for the beach you need to go further up or down the coast. The hotel is clean, staff very friendly and the breakfast was more than just coffee & bread. You had fruit, egg, sausage, pastries and so much more to eat. This area was very walkable. As you walked the city the dining options were plentiful from Pizza to Chinese to local dining. Public transportation was easily found. The only disappointing aspect of the city was the Graffiti that was everywhere. But we enjoyed our time in Valparaiso. "
