"My family and i stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed it. Check in instructions were clear and communication with the owner/manager throughout our stay was easy and they were always quick to respond. The unit is very spacious and the pool was nice to have on the hot afternoons. One thing I will mention is the noise from the neighbouring dogs. It was mentioned in the description you may hear dogs, and two of our four nights they were quite loud throughout the night. This is something...

"The location was perfect, a short drive to the malecon or easy walk, plenty of restaurants, authentic home and decorating with a welcoming host. Definitely recommend for those wanting the opposite of an “all-inclusive” experience. "

"This house suited our family of 4 perfectly. Our adult daughters shared the master bedroom, using both the big and twin beds. Worked out great. Everything functioned as it should (i.e., bathrooms, air conditioners, etc.). Convenient location for walking to shops, museum, the Malecon, but quiet and residential block. "We had a wonderful time, it was really close to the malecón where we enjoyed food, Tim ‘s bike rentals and Baja adventures ( fun for teens and kids).The host was friendly and spoke English well. The home was modern and clean very comfortable. The host was very quick to answer questions and helpful. It was peaceful for being in the city and it was really nice to have the parking area behind a garage door in a covered area it made it easy to unload and load the van right into the casa. "

"Immaculately clean and well-appointed property in a beautiful setting. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Note the beautiful pool in the photo is not heated and therefore not usable when we went in January. However, the beach club pool is heated. "

"We had a wonderful 4 night stay here in La Paz. The house is close to a nice Chedraui Selecto so it was easy to stock up on groceries. The beds were comfortable and there are lots of nice places inside and out to lounge. The neighborhood is safe and a short daytime walk to the Malecon. Ubers we’re also easy and there was ample parking. The knives were pretty dull but we made due. We enjoyed diving, snorkeling, great restaurants and exploring this beautiful city. We will be back!"

"We had a great stay at this condo in La Paz. The space was very clean and comfortable, with amazing views from the balcony! We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The king size bed was comfortable and the shower was great. It’s in a nice tucked away community that is easily accessible to all the beaches as well as the Malecón area. Would recommend this spot and would definitely stay here again."

"The location and layout of this house worked well for our family of 5 with three small children. This was our second time to La Paz, so being 20ish minutes away from the Malecon was not a problem and was easy enough with a rental car. There is an Oxxo at the entrance of the community and a Chedraui within walking distance which was useful. "A must see property, amazing view of the sea with an excellent property manager and a gracious owner. There was a small mishap during our stay in the property and the manager immediately took care of the problem and with the owner being directly involved we got a major credit refund. This was the highlight of our trip and we certainly need to return back there soon. "

There were lovely, well-landscaped outdoor areas to gather and when it was warm, we hung out in the kitchen area.
