"I learned the day I arrived at the airport the elevator was not working and the unit is on the 11th floor. After speaking to people in the building and the front desk, the owner was aware of the elevator not working for over two weeks and failed to let us know. Parking is on the 5th. But, the unit did not come with the gate key so we had to contact and wait for the lobby to open and lock the gate.
