"We really enjoyed the flat. Enjoyed the inner courtyard and having it on the ground floor. Very close to parking. Making dinners at home is always enjoyable and then walking on the wall to gelato is a highlight. The air con in the bedrooms was great! And having a bathroom on each level is rare. We loved it and hope to stay again next year. Thank you do much! "

"We truly loved our stay at Bel Sogno. We stayed 5 nights with friends and did not want to leave. The Villa was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. Luigi the property manager was available for questions and communication was very easy. We enjoyed our dinners and breakfast at his nearby agriturismo. "The property’s photos are completely accurate. It is a wonderful place in an ideal location. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the serenades in the square below in the early evening was my favorite part of the day. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom showers spacious. "The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is bright, spacious and beautifully designed. I loved the proximity to everything. Especially the church attached to terrace and the music conservatory across the street. Lorenzo is very friendly and professional. "This apartment was exactly what one would expect when staying in Lucca. It had the old charm of Italy. The terrace was spectacular! We spent as much time as possible sipping wine and having dinner on it. The kitchen was well furnished for cooking even large meals. The only con to staying here is the stairs. Carrying luggage up five flights of stairs was brutal. This place is not for anyone who has knee or hip issues. This apartment would be a 5+ if the building had a lift."

"My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

"The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!"
