Would love to be a more affordable and comfortable alternative than hotels.
First floor is what would be accessible to guests. 2nd floor NOT for guests. Owner/host will be available at variable times in 2nd floor. This stylish place to stay is perfect for relaxation and entertainment at the same time. Enjoy a 28 x16 master bedroom with 15 ft ceilings, with master bathroom that has large his and her bathroom , hot tub, and separate encased shower. Master walk-in closet.
When wanting to unwind, enjoy entertainment room with wet bar, pub tables, full set of reclining sofas, and 75 inch TV for movie watching or enjoying music.
House is secured with 24/7 outdoor video monitoring system.
Massive kitchen, laundry room, guest restroom, huge yard with large swimming pool are accessible for guest use year round. Large dining table that seats 8.
A second bed room with a full size bed and TV with its own bathroom is available at different negotiable rate.
Water slide for swimming pool is currently awaiting repairs. BBQ pit/chimney awaiting repairs. POOL and landscaping is serviced every 10-14 days.
