I called before and after reserving the room to make sure, I get a downstairs, first floor room. When I called I was told that there was first floor room available, but once I got there, NO downstairs room available.

room was dirty when we got it so i went to the office to complain and got another room but there was a door that connects both room and door was broken and the door knob was missing in its place they had a paper nabking in the hole ac was not working properly neighbors next room were real noeicy could not sleep good the frist night stay was terrble over all will never get any reservation on this hotel

No estaba echa mi reservación cuando llegue al hotel, tuve que pagar ahí una habitación nueva y al entrar el olor a cigarro era mucho aunque ahí dice que está prohibido fumar. La limpieza de la habitación era muy básica, estaba sucio la ducha
