She claimed not to be working with Expedia, but got very angry when we told her we will call Expedia customer care to get our money back. "We stayed for two weeks in September. What a lovely place to stay. Both Montse (the owner) and the neighbours are lovely people. Oto is a very quiet village :-). Broto, next village, only a mile away has everything we needed. Small supermarket, butcher, baker, bars and I've no doubt there is a candlestick maker somewhere about. Second time we've been here and still loads for us to explore. WE'LL BE BACK."
