"We loved our stay. All the staff (from the outset) were friendly and helpful. All inclusive options were great - always plenty of fresh choice. We stayed in a ‘famlly’ room - which was two separate bedrooms with adjoining door. We were on the ground floor which meant our ‘balcony’ was actually a wee garden with table, chairs, sunloungers - amazing! Would highly recommend asking for the ground floor if you’re the family room option. Only thing we’d have liked would have been a net privacy curtain kind of thing as well as the normal curtain so folk couldn’t see in. The pool area was huge, loads of sun loungers and never any bother getting one. Nice clean pool, and pool bar area. Entertainment sounded fine - we were ydtt it ally back in our room by 9.30 with the kids so were listening outside from a distance. Easy bus options to Aqualand, Puerto de Morgan, Maspalomas etc from outside hotel. Thank you for a fab stay 😊"

"Well located for central Glasgow. Q-Park around the corner with a discount for guests makes it affordable. Studio was compact with everything I needed for a one night stay. Only criticism (which wasn’t major) was that breakfast was included in my booking and I had to go back to reception about it, as I realised they’d not included it when I checked in. Quickly rectified. "
