"Lovely hotel, great staff"

"The hotel was great and the room was exceptional. We wound up with the Presidential Suite. The room was nice sized, but it included an entire board room with huge table and executive seating for 15 or so people. It was incredible but of no use to us. But fun. The room was well insulated, weather and noise, and we had a perfect view of the Dom (Cathedral). The big 'but' was the failure of the elevator. We were on the second or third floor (there were sort of half floors which made counting difficult). But the staff sent info overdrive, carrying suitcases for everyone. They all deserve medals, especially the women doing the check in. I regret I didn't get her name, but many thanks. And we would stay here again, as we did 10 years ago."

"Super quiet, clean, and an amazing location. Right next to a small, cute Christmas market but you can't hear a thing from inside. "

"The hotel is well located and the staff is friendly. Some parts of the hotel need some TLC, but the room we stayed in had an updated and clean bathroom and the room was a good size. The bed was a little too soft for me, but not so bad to make me not want to stay again when we go back to Regensburg. Breakfast was good and typical for European mid-range cost hotels. The hotel feels like you have stepped back in time and are staying at a royal's palace. "
