"Beautiful property! Loved the access to the beach and spa. Many food options. Lots of German people at the resort. Expensive cocktails and drinks as to be expected. Very relaxing place to spend a few days. "

"My stay would be perfect if the reception team was more cooperative, we spend 20 minutes for check in because one of the receptionists insisted that the confirmation should be as a pdf format although I have confirmation number. And on checkout, I needed to check out in early morning due to my flight time, but no one was there at the reception although I was told it is open 24/7. Some of the workers there kindly called someone to come after waiting for 15 minutes. I think it would be a lot more helpful to sort out these little things. Everything else was perfect. The food, the pools and the beach and the other staffs were all great."

"Very noisy! We had room 102 and I think it was either above or below the kitchen, as it was noisy till late at night and then the noise started up again at 3:00am. Very disappointing and not very relaxing "
