"Loved our stay at the NH City Buenos Aires. Our room was comfortable, and the view from the rooftop is amazing. We loved the location as well, right by Plaza Mayor, and enjoyed walking from the hotel to restaurants, tango lessons, shows, and milongas. We had a wonderful time and would happily return. "

"I'll start with the only MAJOR BAD: the outdoor pool - very poorly designed. The deck is boiling hot on your feet. Nor can you rest your arms on the deck while sitting in the pool - you'll burn your arms! The lounge chairs only get sun until 9:30am and then only shade. It's a restful space but unusable. What a shame! THE GOOD: We stayed for a week in Rm 503. Very spacious. Separate shower room and toilet/bathtub room which means two people could easily get ready in the morning. The balcony...

"Tried contacting tue property over a week before check in and received no response. Our flight was canceled and we attempted to contact them again with not response. The room was just ok. Breakfast was ok. Service ok. One elevator barely worked. We were disappointed in the lack of communication and were just expecting a bit better experience based on other reviews. "

"Great location, staff was good, cleaning crew did a great job. Having a restaurant down stairs was very convenient. The only thing they claim they have laundry in there amenities but it is only ironing for a fee a little misleading, they did not have machines so you can do your laundry, but otherwise everything was great. Would stay again."
