Furnished any comfort for 4 people on the front line with its breathtaking view of the port of Cassy and the Arcachon basin. Large balcony for lunch facing the Bay of Arcachon.
Ideally located for Nature Lovers (many opportunities to walk on foot or bicycle, first track 50 m coastal path with its preserved Nature Reserve du Domaine de Certes barely 500m, Oyster hut, oyster tasting, restaurants, visits to ports, .....)

This furnished is composed of a kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hob, washing machine, coffee maker ...... a large bed 140 (wardrobe bed, very good bedding) + 2 bunk beds in cabin independent. You will find something to make breakfast (coffee, milk, cholocat, sugar .....). It is located on the 2nd floor with elevator, reserved parking space, local bike that closes with keys.

All amenities nearby barely 100 m, bakery, Primeurs, tobacco press, hairdresser, caterer, charcuterie, fishmonger, restaurant, bar, everything can be done on foot !!

Local market on Sunday, Market on Friday on Andernos les Bains 5 kms, on Audenge on Tuesdays (3 kms)

Lovely apartment
The apartment was very clean, the bed is a pull down one in the living area. Very easy to do. We had no sheets or towels with us but Marie kindly went and got us some plus a bottle of wine. Lovely view of a working harbour. Further from Archechon than I thought (my mistake). The bird reserve at Le Teich was enormous and worth visiting if you are interested in that. The top of the Dune of Pilat is visable from the apartment balcony.

Le studio est très bien situé avec une jolie vue sur le port depuis sa terrasse. Les enfants ont apprécié l’attention de la décoration de Pâques sur la table. La boulangerie en bas de la résidence est un plus pour les viennoiseries du matin.
