Just off of I-95 at exit 45 (Hypoluxo Rd), the house boasts a close proximity to Ocean Ave’s Bars and Restaurants and is also 2.5 miles to the nearest beach in Lantana. 5 minutes by car or 15 using our rentable bicycles.
The property is a 3 Bed, 2 Bath 1200sqft home with bar area and large private pool, barbecue and outdoor seating perfect for year-round gatherings with friends and family. Beautiful Beach themed decor with lots of natural light and color. We tried to create a welcoming and lighthearted space for our guests to come and relax or let loose.
You’ll have access to the home, front yard, pool and deck area as well as the detached laundry room. In addition to our backyard space, our side yard is under renovations and will also be available soon.
As a full-time pilot, sometimes I’ll be flying or out of state. However, please don’t hesitate to call or text and I will provide assistance as soon as possible.
OceanSky Lantana has a full driveway with space for at least 4 vehicles. As far as getting around, we offer two rentable beach cruisers for our guests. We want everyone to be able to enjoy stay at OceanSky Lantana so here are a few easy house rules.
1) Try your very best not to block the sidewalk while parking during your stay
2) USE CAUTION when exiting and entering the house as there is a decent step-up/step-down when coming and going. Additionally, there is a step down just before entering the kitchen.
3) For Extended Stays, Trash/Recycling Days are Tuesday and Friday. Bins are located past the laundry shed and outside the master bathroom. We aim to do our best for the planet and encourage guest to recycle.
4) Fireplace is electric and can be used for just its ambient light or light and heating. Be sure to turn off prior to leaving. Remote is on the coffee table.
5) Pool Speaker and Accessories are located in the third Bedroom Closet and Trunk. Electric Air pump is provided for Pool Float/Toy inflation
6) Board Games are located in the credenza under the “surfboard” in the dining area.
7) Pool Deck String Lights are on a timer and will activate at 845PM until 1AM. If you require them outside of these hours, the manual override switch is located above the washer in the Laundry Shed. The Button says On/Auto/Off. A red light will indicate that power is supplied to the lights.
8) We take pride in our pool area. Its professionally cleaned once a week (typically thursdays). Outside of that time frame, a pool net is provided near the pool area for general cleaning and use. Please ensure to pickup / remove all waste from the pool area after use. Pool cover is provided to maintain a warm temp. It may be removed and replaced as needed (just rolled up/folded). To retain the warmest temp in the water during the evenings, ensure you cover the pool during daylight hours when not in use.
9) If the grill is used, pleased be sure to clean it after each use. Also be sure to notify us so we can maintain the gas supply for future guests. Please Re-Cover after use.
10) Pool Towels are Colorful and Indoor Towels are blue.
11) Side yard area is currently off-limits due to renovations and falling coconuts. The gate will be locked. Please do not attempt to jump the fence.
12) The Master Bathroom has a strange quirk in regards to its light switch. Its not in the master bathroom at all but the 3rd switch along the wall in the dining room. It will be labeled. We hope to have this fixed in due time and apologize for the inconvenience.
13) We Encourage, but don’t require that shoes be left near the entrance to the house.
14) If for whatever reason stock such as paper towels, soap etc runs low, please don’t hesitate to reach out. You can also check the Laundry Shed for extra supplies.
15) The most important rule of all, is to have an amazing time and ENJOY YOUR STAY!
