I couldn't find check out instructions to save my life and messaged the property, but never heard back (new mgmt). We took out the trash and stripped the beds..hope that was enough. I've always loved the pool, but it wasn't working at full capacity. Most of the blinds in the place didn't work and the shower pressure was abysmal. The WD is great and free. "Great location, only 1 block from the beach! Condo is really pretty (everything is fresh and new), nicely decorated, comfortable beds (sleeps 7 comfortably), and very spacious. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops (we felt very comfortable walking to and from). Easy access and Management Company was very responsive when we locked ourselves out! Great little shop downstairs and they were also very helpful and friendly with recommendations, beach chairs, etc. Would highly recommend...

"I LOVE this property! My stay was everything I needed. I was in town just for 2 nights to visit my daughter attending PBA University. The property is literally 5 mins from her dorm (directly across fom the Intercostal) & a quick (about 5-7 mins) walk to my favorite spot when I visit The Hive. "Over all we had a good time. The apartment is nice and clean. Everything that we needed was there. I would suggest more than 1 roll of toilet paper. The only down fall was the neighbor above the apartment we heard alot of walking and sounded like furniture being moved around late at night. I was woken up atv4am by movement above me. "

"The property was really well done and in a great location for everything we needed. Lantana was a wonderful place to visit in Florida. All the florida vibes with none of the extra tourist bs. Cons- the property was not well equipped with kitchen necessities and there were massive cockroaches in the kitchen."

"Excellent location, super close to Deerfield Beach plus lots of great restaurants, bars and the pier. We walked everywhere! The cottage was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed with a lot of unexpected storage. Driveway parking was a plus. We didn’t use much in the kitchen other than the fridge, which is full sized and super convenient. It was a perfect space for the two of us for our 5 day stay. The few times we had to contact the manager, they were very responsive and helpful....
