When we arrived for check in we had to wait for the cleaning people to finish. Neighborhood was OK. House was clean upon entry, but had some type beetles everywhere, walls, ceilings, floor. Spoke with family members who live a few blocks away that we were visiting and they dont have any type of bug issues like that. Went out to the back porch to smoke, was unable to sit out there due to the chairs being covered in some type of grime. The whole stay was not horrible, but would not return or recommend this place outside of the low price per night. The old adage of getting what you pay for does apply here.

MSU student visit
The house was very nice, and had all amenities as stated in the profile. The first day we got in, picked up my son from MSU. He asked to go and have Mexican…well low and behold just a 7 minutes walk away was a great little Mexican restaurant. We had our dog with us, so the outside seating was great. The next day we had several errands to run, and we were able to get all of it done, and my son wanted a home cooked meal. The kitchen had everything we needed, however if you know you are going to be cooking, be sure to bring a favorite knife and any speciality items you may need. While the kitchen did have everything, even extra spices, I struggled without MY equipment (if you know, you know). Beyond that the neighbor hood was quiet, and we felt completely safe.

Home Base for the weekend
This was a very nice set up for my mom, sister, and brother-in-law. They were coming to Lansing from different directions for a memorial and the house was a super convenient home base for our activities over the weekend. Everything was spotless and the process was smooth. The host was very helpful. Thanks so much!

Lovely Spacious Downtown Home
Very nice little house with big bedrooms and plenty of space. All bedrooms have large walk-in closets. One has an additional (nice) air mattress for an additional 2 sleepers. Though we joked that our bed was a taco because it folded in on us, it was a fairly comfortable stay. Centrally located and easy to find. A cute, nicely sized kitchen and 2 full bathrooms made staying with our large family very comfortable and homey. The only improvement I might suggest is a screen door to keep out more bugs.

Short Stay for World Horseshoe Tourney
The Home was close to the Lansing Center which was where our tournament was held. Host Adam gave us the code to get in, but it would have been nice to have more instructions on how the keypad worked. We managed to get in somehow, I called Adam and he responded very quickly and told us how the keypad work-no issues after that. Beds were very comfortable, and the home was comfortable. It was great to have a washer and dryer available. Only thing I would suggest would be to leave instructions on what to do for check out, We did what I normally would do when I use VRBO's, but a first-time renter would not know. Thanks, you it was a wonderful place and I would rent it again.

Nice location
Yard could have beem mowed , which didn't affect house. The beds didn't have the best mattresses. Nice and clean and great location for our event at Lansing Center.

House was nicely decorated. We had a very comfortable stay. Only thing I wish was different was, it would've been nice to have a couple extra chairs to pull up to the table. It would be abit of a squeeze, but it would work.

We booked this house to visit family. House is very clean and has been nicely updated and is right in the heart of Old Towne Lansing. We planned a 12 hour drive around the check in time which VRBO had wrong and that was our inky issue. Not the property managers fault really.

Amazing
Immaculate place! The bride, 7 bridesmaids, and myself mother-of-the-bride stayed here for my daughters wedding at nearby Woldemar Nature Preserve. The house is as beautiful inside as pictures show. We have lovely pictures of the dresses hanging in the dining window with the light coming through and highlighting her lovely wedding gown. Then restored wooden staircase is perfect for a photo of all the bridal party. The outside pictures are accurate, too. I am delighted with our stay. Check-out super easy.

Home away from home
Perfect place for our stay visiting MSU. Excellent house with all the amenities you need. AC worked great. Internet worked great. Kitchen was amazing and everything was super comfortable. Would definitely return and can recommend.
