"The house and lovely shady park suited us very well as the weather was very hot. However the kitchen was far too small and inconvenient for a large number of people. We had problems with the pool, the water turned green and the cover jammed. These problems were dealt with very quickly by the manager."

"We were pleasantly welcomed by receptionist. Live the setting and being slightly away from city centre with two pools to choose from. Updated modern facilities are quite well done and very e notable. "

"This is a gorgeous 12th century hotel. Beautiful ambiance! Breakfast was included in the stay - the food was fabulous. The Staff was very friendly and willing to offer recommendations on where to eat. The only downside for some is there are no elevators. You need to carry your suitcase and walk up a steep circular stairs. The stairs are steep without the suitcase. But totally worth the ambiance of the hotel!"
