Located in the village of Lans en Vercors, the gîte des rosiers will welcome you in a friendly and spacious living room kitchen. Composed of four bedrooms and one dormitory the capacity is 15 people in 170m2. It is equipped with a 3 to 4 person infrared sauna, a 30m2 terrace with two tables and a plancha, a garden and private parking for four cars.

We finished the renovation at the end of December 2020, so many things are new (paint, floors in the bedrooms, large and small appliances, dishes, sofa, sauna

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a shower, bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 is a dormitory with five single beds and a bunk bed, bedroom 4 has a double bed and bedroom 5 has two single beds. all bedrooms are equipped with a sink, mirror and wardrobe.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, blender, toaster, espresso machine, kettle, citrus press, microwave, “raclette machine”, and in the laundry room there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Also the essentials for babies and young children are there.

An entrance hall, three showers, three separate toilets and to relax a room with an infrared sauna.

Outside, a 30m2 terrace with two large tables, a gas plancha, a private garden and private parking for four cars.

Internet wifi, TV, Bluetooth speaker, books and games are available.
