"The manager whilst seemingly polite was inattentive and did not check the room booked was available. Offered alternative room that was not suitable but we had no choice but to take it. I was offered a refund but it was not forthcoming and still hasn’t been received."

"Welcoming and knowledgeable hosts. Great location for cycling and walking as long as you like hills. We enjoyed exploring the Pyrennes and the Tourmolet."
