"We stayed at the property for one night and overall had a good experience however the amenities did not meet the 4 star hotel expectations. Staff were great, location is beautiful, room was spacious and quiet however the hair dryer was barely working and the hotel did not have hair conditioner in the room or spa area. For a 4 star hotel experience you would expect this to be available at least in the spa. When we asked the reception if there is any hair conditioner in the building we were told...

"Our stay was in late November there were few other guests the friendly staff ( All of Them ) were eager to engage and we had a hard time prior to arrival so their attention and delight rubbed off on us . "The check in staff and restaurant staff were excellent. House cleaning for the room checked one day regarding cleaning. We didnt need anything that day, but the following day would have been nice since i did post clean room two days in a row. Food in the restaurant was very good. Easy walk to the beach. "Guboja was in right in Nida town, with all the restaurants, supermarkets, transport and all the amenities nearby. The location was convenient enough. Reception staff was good and helpful, although the reception was not 24 hours. The bed was comfortable, but the wall of room was paper thin.
