There was a heavy police presence, which felt slightly safer. The pool and sauna were nice, but the pool was cold. It felt hot when you entered the room, but the water was cold. Laundry machines were easy to operate. Room was nicely stocked with necessities for laundry, etc. "

Staff always friendly & helpful, Comfortable lounge, nice bedroom with good views. 15 minutes walk from main station; could easily have used public transport, but preferred to walk. Very convenient for the Altstat and all the xmas markets. Also within a short walk to the Turm and the Hafen"
