"Quick easy check in, room fine"

"This hotel is ideal for a break in north Norfolk and is very reasonably priced. We stayed in mid December 2025 for two nights. The hotel is in very good condition and very well kept. We dined at the hotel’s restaurant both nights and had fabulous meals with excellent service. The hotel is sited in Tuesday Market Place, the centre of Kings Lynn and just a few hundred yards from the main shopping centre. It’s also opposite the Corn Exchange venue. "My stay was excellent. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless and well stocked with tea coffee chocolate. It’s the best nights sleep I’ve had in a while. The restaurant serves excellent meals . I will definitely be staying here again in the near future."

"Just come back from a 4 night stay, very clean and modern. Lovely views across the lake and can imagine in summer would be a lovely spot to sit out. Didn’t use the park facilities as had other things planned but seemed very popular."

"Excellent location and surprisingly quiet despite being next to busy A road and also the main train station. Clearly the soundproofing works. Staff were very attentive, polite, helpful and smart. In terms of the room it was comfortable. Bed was very large, facilities excellent. But no wardrobe - it was really just a clothes rack. That said, I'd stay here again and recommend others do."

"Visiting family before new year. Lovely single room with small en-suite but perfect for me. Everything I needed was available but in the kitchen, required more utensils for cooking. I got takeaway and used what I could, no problem with bowls/plates and kitchen appliances. Great spacious clean kitchen. Lovely place to stay, recommend. "
