"Lovely setting and close to cave site. Place is very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are showing their age however with bathrooms in need of a refurbishment. "

"A real gem, across the road from the station or use the great free car park next door. Reception was welcoming and after hearing about a bad night at a national chain the night before they promptly sorted an upgrade of room for us - so kind. Breakfast was served in a sunny open room with lots of choices and cooked to order! A fabulous way to set you up for the day. "

"We stayed at the Old Vicarage for one night on our way down from Cheshire to visit family in Cornwall. We had a double room for my husband and I and our daughters shared a twin room with our dog. The service was impeccable throughout and our dog, Harvey, was treated like a VIP! Our wonderful breakfast was served by Daniel, who was friendly and professional.
