UNIT 230 - Comfortable apartment with kitchen. Very reasonable price!

Comfortable apartment with all the amenities in heart of Aldergrove. It has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom, living room with 1 queen sofa bed, and 1 bathroom. There’s free parking and laundry as well. It has free wifi and TV.

We follow all the government cleaning protocols, hence it’s very safe.

This unit has the following and it’s not shared with anyone:

- contactless self check in check out.
-1 bedroom - Queen bed (for 2)
- 1 Queen sofa bed in the living room (for 2)
- In addition, can provide a folding bed and air mattresses if informed prior (at least a week prior) to the arrival.

Not enough room for our family of 6
Ad says room for 12 people. Had a queen bed, pull out sofa (which was broken) and a fold up cot. Barely room for 5 people if sofa was not broken. No air conditioning and poorly insulated windows. We could hear all the trucks, motorcycles and traffic along the Fraser Highway. Luckily we just need a few hours to lay our heads before driving on to our final destination.

Frozen Pipes
Property manager Rob is a helpful fellow. Rented the property for 4 days through Vrbo then then directly from landlords Niro and Ren December 11 - Jan 1. It started ok, but during the frozen rain, there was no heat for 8 days (12-13 degrees Celsius indoors), no hot water for 2 days, no water at all for a day. There was a flood on Christmas Eve. No communication other than one call attempt from landlord before they went into my unit. Which I understand in an emergency case. I was forced to find accommodations for Christmas Eve last minute because of the flood. Niro was excellent at communicating to start with, however, when I tried to talk to her about the issue on Christmas Day, she was not happy and told me she’s been very patient with me and already spent too much time on the problem, then there was no reply from her end whatsoever. I stayed with 3 loud dehumidifier and fans on 24/7 for the rest of my stay. Laundry doesn’t work throughout the stay which explains the unpleasant smell on sheets and towels. Try bring enough change of clothes during your stay but there is coin operated laundry across the street. Convenient location, avoid walking on the street alone after dark as it is the hub for random clusters.
