Excellent customer service, no matter who you speak to or what time of day you make a request. The only minor downside is that the hotel rooms are a bit dated, and depending on where your room is, you can hear the noise from the street (mostly just people talking loudly from outside the mall or street). "

Much appreciated m The concierge went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right souvenirs, even calling a local shop to ensure they had the item I was looking for! They also ordered an asthma machine for my son when his broke ! The front seat were amazing, waiving a few for an additional bed ! Moreover the host and waiter at the remembered our names, favorite foods and allergies! Oh my Lordy! Everyone was sooo good and so kind and helpful! I have to go back !"
