"Nice hotel overlooking the lake. Good price and wonderful location. Very nice breakfast. The only downside is there’s no air conditioner so it’s a bit hot in warm weather but when the balcony is open, then it’s okay at night. Would stay here again."

"老闆不太會德文，態度冷淡。房間在閣樓，正好碰到下雨，卻無法開暖氣，非常冷，浴室昏暗，沒有提供網路上照片有的洗衣機，讓我們無法如預期的清洗衣物。 以下不確定是哪ㄧ方的問題，但處理過程及結果都令人不滿意。在我們入住當天早上收到hotel.com電子郵件，說民宿因爲「臨時整修」無法入住，我們可以找附近相同或更高價位的住宿，但當我們聯繫hotel.com客服時，表示民宿沒有取消我們的住宿，依照規定，如果我們沒有入住，就不能退款，經多次聯繫到了民宿主人，用我有限的德文詢問，民宿主人ㄧ下說沒有收到我們的預約，ㄧ下說有但只有第一天，因爲時間已經晚了，老闆在我們到的時後留了字條說明可以自費早餐和以不同方式付費，我們就先住下，度過一個在地人和環境都很冷的夜晚，但因為我們以透過信用卡付款了，這部分老闆電話中不知是聽不懂還是不相信，我們寫了不下五封的信給hotel.com,得到的回應不是email...

"This is a wonderful apartment in a delightful town. It is biking and swimming heaven. The apartment is spacious, light and airy, and even though the weather was very hot it stayed cool. Very well equipped and thoughtfully arranged. Impeccably clean and very peaceful and quiet. Super warm and helpful host. Such a nice welcome and stay on our first time in Langenargen. Highly recommend, 5 stars not enough!"
