"The lodge was amazing. The rooms were huge and very very spacious, including the bathrooms. Extremely clean and the mattress and pillows were the most comfortable ones I’ve ever come across in a hotel room. The staff was very friendly and warm. Unfortunately they were shutting down for business and I was apparently the last guest to checkout! I wish they’d keep it running. I’d go back to the catskills just to stay there!"

"Comments on both good and bad. There were icy spots on the walkway to our room which could have caused a serious fall. The bathroom was warm and appeared upgraded But the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Bath towels were small. My biggest complaint was the TV was OLD school. A small flat screen would have been nice. Lighting in the room was weak. The room was very warm. A very nice breakfast."

"The property was great for a weekend ski getaway to Hunter Mountain with friends. The house was custom built by the owners and has some great touches - hot tub, sauna, two kitches, wood burning fireplace - that made it a really fun place to stay with a group of friends. Peter also woke up early each morning to plow and salt the drive for us since the house was at the top of the hill. My only warning is that if you are bringing a dog, they must be kenneled in the house if no one is home. That was...
