"Edmund the Valet at the Abbey saved us by fixing our rental car when it had problems. He was so polite and helpful like all of the staff there. The room was magnificent. The breakfast was good too! "

"The hotel suited my needs. Clean, warm, pleasant staff. Delicious food with generous portions. I was a little dissapointed that the pub and coffee shop they display on their website were closed for the off-season. Yet there are plenty of alternatives within walking distance. I loved the history of the hotel and the pride with which this is displayed. I would definitely stay again. "

"Excellent hotel. Room was lovely and warm and cozy. Big rooms. Receptionist on arrival was very friendly and informative. The breakfast was great. Hotel great value for money. We stayed mid week in January and there was plenty of people there and alot going on. The grounds outside are beautiful. 10/10 would stay again. "

"Gleesons is a lovely hotel set in the middle of town. Walkng distance to trains and buses. The staff are all very professional and friendly. Comfortable room. Lovely breakfast. Will definitely stay again "

"We stayed here to weather the storm with the power being out at home. Could not be more impressed with the accommodation here. We expected from the two star rating that it would be basic but all the fixtures and fittings were of a good quality and generally it was a pleasure to stay here. Decided to book again the next night it went so well. "

"We had a serene and relaxing visit at Hillcrest B&B. Noeleen is a wonderful host and gave us wonderful suggestions where to visit and hike in Yeats Country and beyond! Our accommodation was clean and comfortable, and our daily breakfast was complete with farm fresh eggs, pancakes, porridge and pastries. "Just the most dingy place to stay at such an outrageous price! Maybe if it was cheaper it wouldn’t be so bad but at the price it’s ridiculous! The showers would only work when the hot tap was also running, one shower door was loose and fell off, not to mention the the mold and peeling paint. Just not worth it, spent the extra and stay in a hotel "
