"We were looking for a quiet place off season to explore. What a gem. Cabin was very clean and comfy. Hit the weather jackpot with the extended Indian Summer and a few cold nights. Wood stove was great. Nice yard, literally steps to the West River. Views were great in the backyard. If you're a gravel biker, 1/4 mile away from miles of gravel & climbs. Close access to local markets for provisions, beer, beef and other goodies. Host was very responsive answering questions within minutes. ...

"Once a few hiccups were worked out we had a great stay at the house in Ludlow. The previous visitors had left a large pile of trash outside and had left the hot tub cover unsecured. After we located the cover lock for the hot tub we were able to secure it so it wouldn’t keep blowing open. The silverware drawer was also broken and falling out of the cabinet.
