Lancieux. A few meters from the beach of Saint Cieux, quiet and ideally located to enjoy 100% of the holidays. Very simple apartment to live with children because of the proximity to the beach: just opposite!
Close to Saint Briac, Saint Jacut, Dinard, Dinan, Saint Malo, La Rance ....
In a small residence, on the 2nd and last floor (without elevator), duplex comprising:
Sea view living room with 1 sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, wooden dining table with 4 chairs, Internet
An equipped American kitchen (4 electric plates, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso and coffee maker)
A small bedroom with a south facing velux window. A pull-out bed (2x90) and cupboards. Separate WC with sink.
Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom, 1 bed 160 and two cupboards, bookshelf, chair and suitcase holder. An independent bathroom with south facing velux window, shower, sink, WC, hair dryer and washing machine.

Wonderful location
Agnès was a very helpful host, the check in process was very easy. The location is absolutely perfect - right next to the beach and the sailing club. We would definitely stay there again!

Appart...ement très agréable, équipement moyen, matelas tâchés
Appartement agréable et très bien situé, face à la plage et à proximité des commerçants. Cependant du point de vue des équipements, une petite casserole et un faitout de taille moyenne ne sont pas suffisants. Il n'y a pas de grille pain. Le micro onde est situé beaucoup trop haut. La TV n'est pas nécessaire l'été, mais l'est l'hiver quand il fait nuit à 17h30 et qu'il pleut toute la journée ! La petite chambre est faite pour deux enfants ou un couple mais pas pour deux adultes non intimes. Enfin il n'y a pas d'alèse sur les lits et en ôtant les draps du grand lit (celui de la mezzanine) j'ai constaté qu'il était tâché (traces dont l'origine ne fait pas de doute....). Savoir que j'avais dormi sur ce matelas durant 6 nuits m'a profondément dégouté !!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé. La localisation est idéale pour profiter du bord de mer. Le gros plus est la vue sur les Ebihens qui permet de passer un bon moment au chaud quand il pleut!
