Situated in the beautiful Coastal Town of Lancelin and only a stone’s throw away from the water’s edge with all the benefits that a seaside location offers.
Grab the kids and your beach towels, walk across the road and through Harold Park where you will be welcomed by the stunning Lancelin Bay.
At the end of the day grab a drink, prop yourself up on the balcony and enjoy the uninterrupted views of the sun setting over the Indian Ocean. Or grab the troops and gather under the newly erected patio and crank up the BBQ. If it’s a night off cooking, you want both the Endeavour Tavern and Lancelin Sands Hotel are only a short stroll away.
Offering two living areas, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. There is plenty of room for everyone including the family dog. The large, enclosed backyard offers not only enough space but peace of mind knowing that both the kids and family pet have a safe place to play.

The bay of Lancelin is by far its best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities. A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break.

Anchors away
The Property management were excellent. Just Property needs a lot of maintenance work, especially the upstairs subfloor, it’s not level and it feels like it’s got a structural issue with it. The House had a bad mould odour upon arrival. Found the Upstairs shower was leaking through the wall & down stair rails to lower floor tiles creating a slip hazard, suspect that this is the reason why there was a bad odour. More than Half the house had no light globes in the sockets. Laundry window doesn’t lock up and makes the property unsecure Loud drunks walking past late at night yelling and singing over in the park with the tavern up the road. I feel if it was about 40% cheaper it would reflect the true value of the residence Best regards

Nice view close to ammenities
Enjoyed the stay - some suggestions to improve the property - No smoke alarm, no bedside lights, flywire missing or damaged on most windows - created a midgy problem as no aircon in bedrooms. Pet free but dog droppings on back lawn, Bird droppings on most of the outdoor furniture. Need an instruction manual for the stove. Keen to visit Lancelin again and left messages with the agent to discuss options. No reply recieved. Visited their office and locked up no one in attendance.
