Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Normal Departure Times: Staff attends day of your departure at approx 10:30am to clean up property. Please hand over keys. Please Vacate property by 12:00 pm unless otherwise agreed with owner
Early Departures: Liaise departure time with staff. Make arrangements regarding handing over the keys. Check property for belongings. Turn off all A/C & Lights. Ensure property is locked securely.
Late Departures - Please contact owner for a personal departure arrangement and agreement - Thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
